  • Moorland’s U15s claimed another huge scalp earlier today to progress in this season’s ISFA National Cup.

  • Moorland’s U15s bagged another impressive performance and result this afternoon to progress in this season’s Lancashire Cup.

  • All at Moorland School & Moorland Football Academy are extra proud of our very own Sienna Wareing, who despite being of U15 age, played for Manchester United U21s yesterday!

  • Not only was Blackburn Rovers U21's 6-1 win over Manchester United on the weekend a remarkable result, it also featured as many as 6 former Moorland stars!

  • Coach Gooden is a highly qualified sports tutor with qualifications spanning a BSc in Sports Coaching & Performance, a PGCE in Post Compulsory Education and coaching include UEFA B, FA Youth Award, FA Coaching Goalkeepers L2, FA Coaching Futsal Level 2 amongst others. Today he talks with us about his role here at Moorland.

  • Peer led coaching is a proven method in positively influencing the way that students can approach football. By being actively involved in the coaching process at the academy it prepares the students for the next steps in their careers by developing a wide range of skills.
